We will issue a refund for the cost of the item, excluding any shipping and handling fees. Refunds will be processed back to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to appear in your account.

We will replace the item or issue a refund, depending on your preference. Please provide photos of the damaged or defective item and your order number when contacting us.

  4. Cancellation: If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us at Sales@beautyofjuliet.com within 24 hours of placing your order. We will issue a full refund for the cost of the item, including any shipping and handling fees. However, we cannot guarantee that we will be able to cancel your order if it has already been shipped.
